Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
